About these terms

These terms apply to this website and provide general conditions for enquiries and fencing services supplied by A2Z Perth Fencing. A written quote, scope of work or signed agreement may include additional project-specific terms. If there is an inconsistency, the project-specific document will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

Quotes and acceptance

Website prices and examples are general guides only. A final price depends on the site, measurements, materials, access and agreed scope. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and becomes binding when accepted in the manner set out in the quote.

Deposits, progress payments and the final balance are payable as described in the accepted quote or invoice.

Scope and variations

Our quote covers the work specifically described. Changes requested after acceptance, unexpected site conditions or extra work may change the price and timing. Where practical, we will explain the variation and seek approval before carrying it out.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site, confirming the correct boundary and work area, identifying known underground or concealed services, securing required neighbour approvals and obtaining permits or approvals unless the quote says we will arrange them.

Please remove or protect fragile items, pets and obstructions near the work area. Tell us about hazards, easements, asbestos or access restrictions before work begins.

Timing and delays

We will use reasonable care to meet agreed timeframes. Outdoor work can be affected by weather, material availability, site access, approvals and events outside reasonable control. We will communicate material delays and arrange a revised schedule where needed.

Materials and appearance

Colours, timber grain and other natural or manufactured finishes may vary slightly from samples or website images. Substitute materials will not be used without discussion where the change is material to appearance, performance or price.

Cancellation

Cancellation rights and any reasonable costs will be handled according to the accepted quote and applicable law. If custom materials have been ordered or work has started, you may be responsible for costs reasonably incurred, except where you are entitled to cancel without charge under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

If you believe there is a problem, contact us promptly with details and reasonable access to inspect the work. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy where the service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Website use

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but general content, availability and indicative pricing may change. Images may show examples of completed work and are not a promise that every project will look identical.

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. The website content, branding and design must not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of the website or reliance on general website information. This does not limit liability for our negligence, breach of an applicable consumer guarantee or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
